Class A: includes gentle self-massage, seated stretches with core connection, and/or floorwork with gentle fluid stretching and strengthening.
Class B: This is a faster-paced class incorporating dance like fluid motion targeting balance, flexibitliy, strength and energy flow.

Janna is a NASM certified Personal Trainer and AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor who has been studying Pilates since 2009. She will be a fully certified Reformer and Mat Pilates Instructor by January 2012. Janna specializes in delivering higher-intensity, high-energy workouts with a fun twist. Her favorite ways to sweat are playing basketball, doing Pilates and yoga, and hiking.
Wainani Leialoha Makuakane Hansen was born and raised here in Hawai`i. She is a 2000 graduate from the Kamehameha Schools and holds a BFA in Dance Teaching/Performance, as well as a minor degree in Sociology from Chapman University. Since she was 5 years old, she was immersed in the art and culture of Hula. Wainani is trained and certified as a Pilates (Body Arts and Science International), Yoga (Yoga Works®), and trainer - GYROTONIC® Level 1, GYROTONIC® Level 2, and GYROTONIC® The Archway.
Jaydene is a seasoned movement optimization instructor and professional development teacher trainer. Fun and empowerment are the main principles by which she teaches. She strives to customize sessions for each client according to their interests and goals.
On the teacher training side, she integrates functional anatomy and biomechanics; with creative equipment usage; as well as rich imagery, verbal, and tactile cueing methods
Audrey grew up in beautiful Hawaii and loves anything outside. She loves to hike, free dive and go camping with her friends and family. She is also an artist and loves to paint and sculpt in clay. She also loves drawing and painting the human form and finds that Pilates fits in perfectly with her inquisitive and creative nature. She loves the fun and challenging aspect of finding and creating exercises that will help clients transform their bodies in a fun ad efficient way.
Pauline completed her Pilates certification training with Marie Jose-Blom at Long Beach Dance Conditioning and is also a certified Gyrokinesis® instructor. She has taught both systems through the dance curriculum at Orange Coast College in Southern California. Although different, she enjoys teaching both methods, as they embrace movement from the inside-out, balance the tension lengths of our soft tissue, and enhance body awareness for a healthier posture in daily movement.
Heather Cutts is a Balanced Body certified Pilates instructor and certified GYROTONIC® trainer. After 13 years of teaching high-impact aerobics, Heather was introduced to Pilates and discovered how out-of-balance her body was. She was quickly hooked and started her instructor training in Asheville, NC. She fell in love with the strength and body awareness she gained from both the Pilates and GYROTONIC® systems, and is excited to share this with her clients when she is away from her day job as a speech-language pathologist. Heather moved to Hawaii in 2008 from Asheville, NC.

-hop on when it suits your schedule, before or after a class, or on a work break. Join our Cardio for a Cause program: we’ll donate a week of meals to feed a child through the Hawaii Food Bank when you bike 15min. or more before or after 7 classes.
Familiar mats, balls, rollers, bands, hand weights for independent warm ups before class, or for independent visits

COURSE SCHEDULE AND RATES



Apparatus 1 materials fee is $225 for materials for all three apparatus: Trapeze Table, Chair, and Barrels.
Apparatus 2 and 3 do not have a materials fee as the materials would have been previously purchased for Apparatus 1
