INTRUCTORS
Instructors are certified in Pilates and/or GYROTONIC® instruction. They
have varied backgrounds and styles of teaching based on their experience
which ranges from Feldenkrais®, to massage, yoga, dance, personal
training, energy work, and varied sports.
SESSIONS
Sessions can range from a fast paced workout; to a slower-paced
session more focused on biomechanical and functional anatomical issues;
to sports specific training; to an even-paced, low repetition, low
impact yet very effective session.
